My Story
I’m a registered naturopathic nutritional therapist based in South West London, originally from Dublin. Before retraining in nutrition, I worked across a range of industries in fast-paced environments, an experience that gave me first-hand insight into the pressures of modern life and the challenges of staying well while juggling competing demands.
My journey into nutrition began with my own experiences of hormonal imbalance and burnout, particularly during periods of high stress. In my late twenties, I began exploring nutritional healing, but it was becoming a mother that truly deepened my understanding of how profoundly nutrition and lifestyle shape long-term health.
When my second son experienced significant digestive discomfort, disrupted sleep, and behavioural challenges early in life, I encountered the limitations of conventional approaches alone. Searching for deeper answers, I turned to a more functional and holistic perspective, which revealed underlying gut imbalances. Through targeted nutritional support, I saw first-hand how powerful the right interventions can be , not only in easing symptoms, but in restoring overall wellbeing.
That experience became a turning point. It led me to formally retrain at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I deepened my clinical knowledge while also addressing my own long-standing hormonal challenges and periods of depletion.
Today, my work is grounded in both clinical training and lived experience. I support clients who feel depleted, hormonally imbalanced, or disconnected from their bodies to restore balance, energy, and long-term wellbeing through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support.
My Philosophy
I believe good nutrition should feel supportive, not restrictive — and that lasting health comes from understanding your body rather than fighting it. My work focuses on identifying root causes, restoring balance gently, and creating realistic changes that fit into everyday life.
There are no extremes, quick fixes, or one-size-fits-all plans here. Instead, I take a personalised, compassionate approach that considers your hormones, digestion, stress levels, sleep, and lifestyle as a whole. My goal is to help you build confidence in your choices, reconnect with your body, and move forward feeling stronger, steadier, and well supported.
